What does it cost?+
Nothing. The Oasis app is 100% free for dental assistants. No subscription, no commission, no hidden fees.
How does it work?+
Download the app, set up your profile, and start browsing open shifts at private practices in your area. Apply to the ones that fit, negotiate your rate, and lock it in.
Do I need to commit to a minimum number of shifts?+
No. There's no minimum. Pick up one shift or ten shifts. You're in full control of how often you work.
How quickly can I start picking up shifts?+
Once your account is activated (typically right after a quick screening call), you can apply to open shifts immediately. Many assistants pick up their first shift within days.
Do I get paid through Oasis or the office?+
Directly by the office at your agreed rate, in whichever way you and the office prefer (W-2 or 1099).
