What does it cost?+
Nothing. The Oasis app is 100% free for dental hygienists — no subscription, no commission, no hidden fees.
How does it work?+
Download the app, set up your profile and credentials, and start browsing open shifts at private practices in your area. Apply to the ones that fit, negotiate your rate, and lock it in.
How quickly can I start picking up shifts?+
Once your account is activated (typically same-day after a quick onboarding call), you can apply to open shifts immediately. Many hygienists pick up their first shift within days.
Do I get paid through Oasis or the office?+
Directly by the office at your agreed rate, in whichever way you and the office prefer (W-2 or 1099). We don't take a cut of your pay.
What about taxes?+
