What do I need to get started?

Hygienists and dentists need active credentials and a few minutes to complete a profile — we verify your license through your state board, then activate your account, typically the same day. Assistants don't need a state license; we review your profile instead, and we ask for a minimum of three years of chairside experience.

Yes. Every professional has their credentials reviewed before their account goes live. Dentists, specialists, and hygienists are verified by license — any licensed doctor with valid credentials is welcome to join. Assistants bring a minimum of three years of chairside experience.

Yes. We find temp-to-hire has a high success rate because both sides get to work together before committing. Just keep us in the loop if you'd like to hire one of our professionals permanently.

How does pricing work for each service?

Temp: you pay the professional directly at the agreed-upon rate (in whichever manner your CPA recommends) plus a flat daily fee to us that varies by role. Job Board: $99 per post, live on our public board for 30 days, surfaced in matching professionals' dashboards, and pushed via alert to opted-in pros. Perm Recruiting: limited monthly slots since it's an active hands-on search. We start with a fit call; if it's a match, we collect a deposit and review fees during the call. Minimum fee starts at $4,000.

Can I rate or block providers?

Yes, you will be able to rate providers after they work in your office. If providers cancel shifts, this also affects their overall rating, visible when applying to your office. You'll also have the option to block providers if you wish.
