Expanding
Dental Staffing in Dallas, Texas
A growing network of dentists, hygienists, and dental assistants across Dallas and the northern suburbs, for temp coverage, temp-to-hire, and permanent placement.
Areas we staff
- Dallas
- Plano
- Frisco
- Richardson
- Irving
Dallas is one of our three Texas markets, alongside Austin and San Antonio. It's the biggest of the three by a wide margin, and size is the problem: a hygienist who lives in Richardson is not driving to a practice in south Dallas for a single day, no matter how good the rate is.
So in Dallas, distance matters more than anywhere else we staff. The northern suburbs (Plano, Frisco, Richardson) have grown fast with new practices, and those offices compete with each other for the same nearby clinicians. Dallas is also home to the Texas A&M School of Dentistry, which trains a large share of the region's dentists and hygienists.
How it works for Dallas practices
You post the shift with the date, hours, role, and what you're paying. The alert goes out immediately to matching professionals in the area, and they apply from their phone. You see their rate, their credentials, and their rating from previous offices, then confirm the one you want.
There's no account manager in between and no markup buried in the professional's hourly rate. You pay them directly at the rate you agreed on, plus a flat daily placement fee to Oasis: $150 for a dentist, $60 for a hygienist, or $50 for an assistant. There's a one-time onboarding fee when you join, and no monthly subscription.
Because Dallas is a newer market, posting a few days ahead gives your shift the best chance of filling. Professionals set their own travel radius, and coverage depends on who's available in your area.
Temp, temp-to-hire, and permanent
- Temp coverage. Sick days, PTO, CE, and extended leave.
- Temp-to-hire. Work with someone for a few days before either side commits.
- Permanent recruiting. Available in Texas. We start with a 30-minute call to see if it's a fit.
For dental professionals in Dallas
You set your own rate instead of being handed one. You choose which offices you return to, and you can block out a week without asking anyone for time off.
Getting in early in a growing market has real advantages: fewer professionals competing for each posting, and offices that remember who showed up first. Dentists and hygienists are activated as soon as credentials are verified. Dental assistants have their profile reviewed first, and we ask for at least three years of chairside experience.
